Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Veloce Drive Club, we strive to provide the best luxury car rental experience for our customers. Below are the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations:

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental date will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time.

Changes to Reservation

You may modify your reservation at any time, subject to availability and applicable fees. Changes to the rental date or vehicle type may result in an adjustment to the rental price.

Any changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time may be subject to additional charges or fees.

Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If a payment was made via a third-party service, the refund will be processed through that service.

No-Show Policy

If the renter fails to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

In the case of a late arrival, if the vehicle is unavailable due to prior bookings, a refund will not be provided.

Early Returns

If a renter returns the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refunds will be issued for unused time.

However, the vehicle must be returned within the agreed-upon timeframe to avoid additional charges.

Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

Veloce Drive Club will make reasonable accommodations for extreme weather conditions or emergencies that may impact your rental, including rescheduling or offering alternative vehicles, when available.

Refunds will not be provided unless the rental cannot be rescheduled or an alternative vehicle is unavailable.

Damage or Late Return

If the vehicle is returned damaged or with excessive mileage, the renter will be responsible for additional charges, which will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card on file.

Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges.
