By renting a vehicle from Veloce Drive Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility Requirements
Renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. A major credit card and proof of insurance are required at the time of booking.
Vehicle Use
The vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances. The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or in any manner that could cause damage to the car.
Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the time of return. Late returns will incur additional charges.
Insurance and Liability
Renters are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Insurance coverage is available but may vary depending on the rental package selected. Renters are advised to review and select the insurance options that suit their needs.
Deposits and Payment
A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, less any applicable charges. Full payment is required before the vehicle is released for rental.
Damage and Accidents
In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter must immediately notify Veloce Drive Club and cooperate with authorities. Renters are liable for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee. Modifications to the rental dates or vehicle type may also incur additional charges, depending on availability.
Delivery and Pickup
Veloce Drive Club offers vehicle delivery and pickup services within the Sarasota area. Additional fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.
Indemnification
The renter agrees to indemnify Veloce Drive Club from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented vehicle.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA.
